Program Description

SafeVisits offers SMS text messaging services to provide workplace safety notifications, emergency alerts, check-in reminders, and mobile app invitations to enrolled users. By participating in this program, you agree to receive text messages from SafeVisits at the mobile number you provided.

Consent and Opt-In

Express Written Consent: By providing your mobile phone number and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from SafeVisits for safety-related communications.

Not a Condition of Purchase: Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from SafeVisits.

Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your workplace safety settings and emergency situations. You may receive up to 10 messages per day during normal operations, with additional messages possible during emergency situations.

To stop all SafeVisits text messages:

Reply STOP to any SafeVisits text message, or text STOP to (555) 123-SAFE

You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from SafeVisits.

Message and data rates may apply.

Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier will apply to all SMS messages sent and received through the SafeVisits program.

SafeVisits does not charge additional fees for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier's standard text messaging rates will apply according to your cellular plan.

  • Check with your wireless carrier for specific rates
  • Unlimited text plans typically include SafeVisits messages
  • International roaming charges may apply when traveling
  • Wi-Fi messaging apps are not supported for safety compliance
