By accessing and using SafeVisits, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

SafeVisits provides a comprehensive lone worker safety monitoring platform including real-time tracking, panic alerts, automated check-ins, and AI-powered incident response.

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Ensure proper training for all users
• Report any security breaches immediately

4. Subscription and Payment

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.

5. Service Level Agreement

We maintain a 99.9% uptime SLA for our core safety monitoring services. This excludes scheduled maintenance and circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

SafeVisits is a supplementary safety tool and should not be relied upon as the sole method of ensuring worker safety. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with your data in a standard format.
